To explore perceptions among Flint’s faith-based leaders on how to address community needs in the midst of a Man-Made Disaster (from a public health perspective).

Aims:

1) Identify and assess the role of faith based leaders in addressing public health in Flint

2) Explore the Flint faith based community’s readiness to engage in research

3) Assess the faith community’s ability to address SDOH in midst of the water crisis from a faith based perspective
